When cricket fever hits India, everything turns into a game — so we turned OYO stays into the prize. Enter: the Free Stays League.

Launched during IPL season, this campaign gamified the madness by letting people predict match results on the OYO app and win — no, not points — actual free stays at OYO properties. Because who doesn’t like calling the shots and checking into one?

We built the hype with a film that was built on a core Indian behaviour – People create relations so they can get free favours

The idea was simple — if India’s watching cricket anyway, might as well give them something to play for. The result? A campaign that didn’t just ride the IPL wave, it booked a stay on it with more than 10,000 users participating daily!
